Subscription Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all subscription plans (“the Service”) offered by Atlas Digital AB (“Atlas Digital”, “we”, “our”, “us”) via atlasdigital.se and related domains.
By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Information

Atlas Digital AB is registered in Sweden under organization number 559567-7286.
Registered seat: Göteborg, Västra Götaland.
Prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK).

  • Consumer prices include VAT (moms).
  • Business prices exclude VAT.

We reserve the right to correct errors, adjust pricing, or update information at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to enter a subscription agreement.
If you are under 18, written consent from a guardian is required.


2. Subscription Structure

Each subscription includes a complete, managed website according to the selected plan:

All plans include secure hosting and one domain for the first 12 months, unless otherwise stated.


3. Agreement Duration, Renewal, and Withdrawal

  • The subscription agreement runs for 12 months from activation.
  • It renews automatically for another 12 months unless cancelled at least 3 months before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing (email to info@atlasdigital.se) and confirmed by Atlas Digital.
  • Customers may choose monthly, 6-month, or annual billing cycles. The selected billing cycle does not affect the total contract duration but determines invoicing frequency.
  • Private consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right under Swedish law. This right no longer applies once website production or hosting activation has begun.

Early termination (before the end of the current term) results in billing of 100% of remaining monthly fees, plus any third-party expenses (domains, certificates, external tools).


4. Included Services, Updates, and Custom Features

Each plan includes the level of maintenance and content updates described on our website.
During the subscription, Atlas Digital performs ongoing technical upkeep, monitoring, and security updates.

Definition of “Update” (Fair Use Policy)

To ensure balanced and sustainable service for all customers:

  • An update means a reasonable content change, such as replacing text, swapping images, or modifying one page section.
  • Updates do not include redesigning multiple pages, adding new sections across the site, or simultaneous changes to every page.
  • Only one page may be updated at a time within a given update cycle.
  • Large structural changes or continuous redesign requests will be billed at the current hourly rate.
  • Atlas Digital reserves the right to determine whether a request qualifies as an update or a new development task.

Additional Feature Development

Customers may request custom features or design extensions (e.g., new page templates, booking tools, integrations, galleries, blogs, forms, multilingual add-ons, or animations).

  • Such features will be evaluated for technical feasibility.
  • Approved requests are billed at the agreed hourly rate.
  • If the new feature increases ongoing maintenance, support, or update complexity, it may result in a corresponding adjustment to the monthly subscription fee to ensure stable long-term operation.

All added features remain covered under the customer’s active subscription once approved and integrated.


5. Domains and Hosting

Hosting is always included and automatically renewed as part of the active subscription.
Atlas Digital ensures stable and secure hosting through our trusted infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare and associated partners).

Domain registration is included for the first year of service.
After 12 months, domain renewal is billed at the registrar’s cost price plus a small administrative fee.

If the customer wishes to move their domain to another provider, Atlas Digital can assist for a migration fee based on the actual working time.


6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in SEK.
Consumer prices include VAT; business prices exclude VAT.

Payment Frequency Options

Customers may choose one of the following payment schedules:

  • Monthly payment (default)
  • 6-month prepayment
  • Annual prepayment

Prepaid periods are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the paid term.

Payment Methods

Atlas Digital currently supports the following payment options:

  • Bank or card payment
  • Swish
  • PayPal
  • Invoice (subject to approval)

Atlas Digital reserves the right to enable, disable, or restrict specific payment methods at its sole discretion, depending on technical availability or risk management considerations.
All available payment methods at the time of purchase are displayed on the checkout page or in the invoice.

Payment is charged in advance based on the chosen billing frequency.
Late or missing payments may lead to temporary suspension of the website and hosting until full payment is received.

If new functionality or additional components significantly increase system complexity or maintenance costs, Atlas Digital may propose an adjusted monthly or annual rate to reflect the expanded service scope.
Any such change will always be communicated and agreed upon in writing before activation.


7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when ordering.
  • Supply all required text, images, and other materials before or during onboarding.
  • Respond to communication promptly so the service can be maintained effectively.

Atlas Digital is not responsible for delays caused by missing or unclear materials from the customer.


8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all subscription packages.
Within the first month, Atlas Digital will make reasonable revisions and corrections based on your feedback at no additional cost.

If issues are caused by customer edits or third-party interference, we may charge the standard hourly rate for restoration.


9. GDPR and Data Protection

Atlas Digital complies fully with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish data protection laws.
We store only the data necessary to provide and invoice our services.

  • Data is never sold or shared without consent.
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized staff.
  • You can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting info@atlasdigital.se, subject to accounting law limitations.

10. Liability and Force Majeure

Atlas Digital strives for over 95% uptime, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We are not liable for downtime or service disruption caused by:

  • External hosting or network providers
  • Third-party integrations or plugins
  • Events outside our control (force majeure), including war, pandemics, natural disasters, or widespread internet outages.

In no case shall Atlas Digital’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer during the past 12 months of service.


11. Termination, Ownership, and Data Deletion

Upon cancellation or non-renewal, all hosting data and backups are deleted on the renewal date unless otherwise agreed.
If the customer wishes to keep the website, a full backup must be requested before the cancellation date.

Upon full payment and termination of the subscription, ownership of the website content and design files transfers to the client, excluding licensed frameworks or proprietary components belonging to Atlas Digital.


12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Atlas Digital follows the recommendations of Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN) for consumer disputes.
The venue for any legal dispute shall be Göteborgs Tingsrätt (Gothenburg District Court).


13. Changes to These Terms

Atlas Digital reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
All updates are published at atlasdigital.se.
The latest version applies from the date of publication.
